"I Am"

Sentences that begin with "I am" are powerful programming that can cement erroneous beliefs into your consciousness. Those words help you identify with the condition that follows them.

If you say, "I am ill," you identify with illness. You send programming to your bio-computer that focuses on illness. And since you become more like those conditions and characteristics you identify with, you invite more sickness into your life. Concentrate on illness and you feel more ill. Concentrate on health and you feel more healthful.

If you're sick, stop talking about it. Stop giving it your attention, your energy and your words. Simply refuse to identify with it. Think about, talk about, and picture health instead.

Talk about where you do feel good. Verbalize what you can do. Let your words emphasize improvement. Concentrate on well-being. Identify with health and attract more of that condition into your life.

Some people use language to identify with old age.

The more you use words to acknowledge your aging, the more power you give it in your life. The more you talk about how old you're getting, the more you program yourself to feel and act old.

Stop talking about age and let your words reflect youth. Speak of the energy you feel, the youthful spirit that exists and the vitality you experience. Use language that helps you activate your body and mind with youthful energy.

Talk about youth. Think about it and picture it. Program your bio-computer with youthful messages and watch your body and spirit feel and act increasingly youthful.

"I am" is a clue. What follows that phrase is important programming. When you say, "I am tired," you program yourself to be more tired. If your words are, "I am energized," you use programming that helps you feel more energized.
